Open the SmugMug application and make sure that you are logged into Instagram. Select a photo from the gallery and tap on the share icon:

Scroll to the right, tap on 'More' and turn on Instagram

Once Instagram is enabled, you will see the Instagram icon, when tapping on the share icon.
